Eagle Island State Park

Located in Balch Passage between Anderson and McNeil islands, 5 acre Eagle Island gives paddlers and boaters a place to moor or anchor your boat and stretch your legs. The island has little to offer other than that. There are three mooring buoys for overnighters and no camping is allowed on the island. On nice days, Mt. Rainier is visible. You can explore around the beach, wildlife viewing is possible. During seal pup season, pups will rest on the beach during low tide. There is a restroom facility on the island but its pretty stinky. A few picnic tables can also be found.
