I took the Sherman Valley Road which becomes the C-Line. I followed the C-Line for many miles until I hit the ridge top and 4-way intersection. Then I took a right on a road (north side of ridge) following this road until I reached the gate for the communication tower road that goes to Capitol Peak. Continue past to another intersection, go right and not far past is a gate for Larch Mountain.
