Where is Tehaleh
Tehaleh Community Parks and Trails
This Master Planned Community has a lot to offer if you like walking and taking kids to parks. The area topography is truly unique, being bound on three sides by deep valleys, the community is tucked away making the neighborhoods quiet. The community is located safely high above the valley rivers incase Mount Rainier explodes. Tehaleh neighborhoods are filled with parks, playgrounds, open space, wetlands, ponds, trails, and biking paths. Tehaleh even has its own mountain bike park trail system. Every year, more and more trails are developed, eventually, the official trails will even reach the Carbon River.
Hiking Trails & Paths
There is an extensive trail system around the community for walking, running, biking and hiking. There are also some unofficial trails in places that go to some pretty amazing places. Some trails are interpretive trails discussing the different habitats around the community.
Why you need an agent
You need representation. Although you can view the model homes and work with real estate agents that work for Tehaleh, they do not represent you. Get a independent real-estate agent who will protect and negotiate your interests during the building and closing process. Remember, a real-estate agent earns their commission from the seller so it is no cost to you to have an agent represent you.
As you see with all the parks we have visited, we are local residents of Bonney Lake who love visiting the Tahaleh community. We know the Bonney Lake, Sumner and Orting communities well and can answer all your questions and concerns. We will connect you to one of our real estate agents who lives and works in Tehaleh.
Local Agents
The Post is a gathering place to relax, get community information, find the main trailhead, hang at the Caffe or chat around the outdoor fire pit.
