Hagerty Butte Lookout Site

Built in 1935, the 3-legged wooden tower fell down the first year. So in 1937, a 68 foot steel tower was built with a house at the bottom for living quarters. In 1938, Homer Lackey, of Wilson Creek, was the lookout on Hagerty Butte.
