There are always numerous places to take youth to see the back end operations of how an establishment works. Tours are easiest if you know someone who is a manager or has direct access. But, just dropping into a business and talking to them can provide fruitful results. Depending on the age range, discussions during the tour might just be simple for young kids while older teens might be there for career and job interest.
