Dallas Mountain - San Juan Island Highpoint

Although San Juan Island is full of activities and amazing sights to visit, a peakbaggers first thought getting off the ferry will always be, where is the highest point on the island. Will it have access and will there be a view? With San Juan Island, neither are good. The summit is on private land, covered in trees.
