WillhiteWeb.com
This waterfront park offers walking trails and some scenic river vistas. The park is 56 acres but most of it is undeveloped. There are some grassy areas, 2 lighted tennis courts, one basketball court, and a nice picnic area. The Centennial Trail passes nearby as well.
Some use the access for fishing in the Spokane River. The undeveloped area has some small hiking trails in pine trees. There is a city water tower at the top of the hill.
