McEuen Park

This is the big open space park area east of the Coeur d’Alene Hotel and lake. It holds the main venue pavilion that city events are held at. The largest playground and splash park in the city is in this park. Other amenities are tennis courts, basketball courts, an off-leash dog park, veteran memorials and the four acre grassy area with room for 5,000 people. The park is also the trailhead to the adjacent Tubbs Hill, probably the most popular hiking area in the state.
