A bucket for each team to put balloons inside.
A launcher for each team.
Bobby Pins were helpful to adjust the launchers
Garden hoses if the building has spickets.
Water balloons, over a thousand. Self tying type.
Targets like boxes and cones or anything you can think will be fun to hit.
Lolly pops
Treats at the end
Items Needed:
Depending on how many launchers you have is how many groups you can have.
Youth Activities and Games
Home List
Goal: Have fun working in teams launching water balloons to knock down items in the distance.
Filling the water balloons, you might want to have garden hoses extending out from the buildings. You will also need turn off valves at the end of the hoses. Pre-check any location before hand to make sure you have enough fill-up locations. I also needed a wrench to turn the water on and off on the outside of the building, there was no easy turn valve.
Practice Time
Each group takes a bucket and fills it with balloons.
(Protect your balloons; they are all you get for the practice round)
Each group gets a sling shot that takes 3 people to fire. Rotate through your group the person launching the balloon. Any person who knocks a cone down gets a Lollipop.
The Competition
Each group again fills their bucket with balloons.
(Protect your balloons; they are all you get for this round)
Groups work as a team and try to destroy the most cones. The winning team wins a prize basket.
Free For All Do Whatever
You can fill up as many balloons as you like and play whatever game you like.

Self tying are the only way to go unless you want to be filling balloons for hours.

I put these on the end of the hoses for quick on and off water use.

Buy a quality launcher, there are some really bad ones for sale online.
