Items Needed
All kids love this activity. You will need to keep a close eye on them and set up some range rules before starting. Many things can be taught before starting including the parts of the bow and arrows.
Youth Activities and Games
Goal: Learn how to shoot a bow and arrow.
Only point a bow in a safe direction, even if no arrow is in the nock.
Do not dry fire a bow, it damages the bow and possibly you.
When handeling arrows, keep tips facing down.
Have an arm guard when possible.
Only shoot in a safe area where you know where your arrows are going.
