Burch Mountain Road

For the best views of the Wenatchee Valley and the city, head up Burch Mountain Road. Someday, this road will be paved and be a popular tourist site on the Cascade Tour, but for now it is a 4WD dirt road. Still, regular cars can park at the end of the pavement and hiking on the road offers views with each step higher. The road would make for a nice evening hike as well enjoying the sunset on the way up and the city lights on the way down. Several pullouts up higher show litter debris that the road is popular as well with the party and gun crowd.
