Fort Vancouver National Historic Site is located along the Columbia River in Vancouver. Some of the sites include the Visitor Center, The Barracks, the reconstructed fur trade Fort Vancouver, the historic Parade Ground, a park along the Columbia River waterfront, and Pearson Air Museum. At the fort, you can learn about the lands and structures at the center of fur trade, some military history and the diverse cultures who lived and worked here. Look for costumed programs, hands-on education activities, engaging living history events, creative media and a world-class archaeology collection.
