Triton Cove is a day-use park mainly designed for boaters and fisherman. The ADA accessible boat launch with 100 foot handling dock and use as a public transportation stop make it unique. There are a few picnic tables for taking a break if you are passing by but do not plan on spending much time visiting the park for any activities since there are none.

Triton Cove State Park
In the 1930s, the area was the location of a gas station and a small country store. After World War II, the area was developed as a trailer-park fishing resort with a boat launch. Though the property changed hands a few times, it remained a fishing resort until the state purchased it in two parcels in 1990. Since then, the boat launch has been rebuilt.
