Gaines Park
Gaines Park is a neighborhood park named for former Auburn Mayor Robert E. "Bob" Gaines, 1964-1969. The park mostly serves the Vistaria/Sunning Hills residential area located at the base of the West Hill off West Valley Highway. The park has a short boardwalk through a wetland area on the east edge of the park. Other amenities include a picnic area, play area, a small grass field and a half basketball court. The park is a joint project between the Storm Water Division and Parks and Recreation.

From Hwy 167 take the 15th St NW Exit. Turn west onto 15th Street to the light at West Valley Highway. Go left (south) on the West Valley Highway. Turn right on 11th St NW. The park is on the right.
