Alpine Slide in Park City
Park City Mountain Resort's Alpine Slide is a fun activity if you are visiting Park City. They claim it is one of the longest slides in the world, with over 3,000 feet of gliding and sliding. (But, this is distance, not vertical drop). There are four tracks to choose from although all four are similar in what they offer. Kids 48 inches or taller must ride alone. Kids must be at least 2 years old to get on the chair lift. If they are over two years old but under 48 inches tall, they must be accompanied by a driver. For comparison, the Alpine Slide at Snowbird Resort only runs 1,300 linear feet down Chickadee Run.
