Located just off Interstate 90 at the Idaho border, this park is sandwiched between the Interstate and the Spokane River. Included in the park are 3 acres for the Patricia Simonet Laughing Dog Park. The park has some open lawn and picnic tables and with a careful look you will see this park use to be a freeway rest area. The rest of the park is undeveloped and not that interesting in comparison to any other conservation area in the region. But, there is quite a bit of shoreline access to the Spokane River that is nice. The Centennial Trail runs though the park as well. For hiking, there is not much to offer other than a short loop to stretch the legs if passing through.
