High on the ridge crest between the Mount Naomi Wilderness and Bear Lake is an un-named highpoint with a little spring called Tin Cup just below the summit. This highpoint has a rough road to the top and a communication tower on the ridge below the summit. This is the next mountain south from Temple Peak shown on most maps.
The best access looks to be from the west from Hunsaker Corral trailhead in Temple Fork (although I did not drive this way, it looked better and signs indicated it as the best route to the highway). I drove in from the east at Bear Lake, up Temple Canyon to Temple Flat, 4.4 miles from Meadowville. Then another 1.1 miles to the signed turn-off where a gate and sign says roads closes Nov. 15. High clearance is probably best up the Dugway Springs road to the pass near Willis Sink and the beginning of road 177 to the summit. Hike or drive up road 177 the mile to the summit. Pass the communication tower a short distance to a nice meadow to park just below the summit.
