Aladdin Mountain Lookout Site
Around 1939, Aladdin Mountain had a camp lookout with crude platform tower. No permanent tower was built as far as we know. A decent road will get you to the summit area but unfortunately the final 400 foot climb has no trail. There was some minor brush at first but then just stick to the south facing slopes for open grassy country to the summit.

Aladdin Mountain Lookout in 1939
Summit Elevation: 5,015 feet
Hiking Distance: Half mile round trip
Elevation Gain: 400 feet
Prominence 497 feet
Notes:
Mountain has numerous knobs. Due to the site being more of a camp than an established location, maps do not show where exactly the camp was placed. Although the highest knob seems likely, there are many reasons why the camp could have been placed lower depending on what they were trying to watch over at the time. The picture we do have could easily be a number of locations.

Some wood at the top but nothing conclusive

About half of the summit was obscured by trees

This area looked flatish and not natural
