This small island off the coast of Mexico has been a tourist destination for years. It has been very popular for cruise ships as well as scuba divers. I'm more interested in seeing regions above sea level so we rented a moped and circled the island. This is a popular activity on the island. The eastern side of the island is a fun ride right along the water. Sights around the island can be seen this way like a light house, a national park and some ruins as well. All kinds of tours and excursions are offered to visitors, most are the same as all the other beach resorts in Mexico. ATV tours, submarine tours, scuba/snorkel trips, adventure parks, fishing trips, jeep trips, photo tours, crocodile tours.....and on and on.
